PP-C Copolymer

Polypropylene exhibits high mechanical and tensile strength, but a low notch impact strength. PP resists stress cracking and it is easy to weld. At minus tem-peratures it can become brittle. The chemical an d electrical properties are very good. The continous operating temperatures ranges between -22 °F and +190 °F.

Product Material Description

Description: PP grey in colour. (Polypropylene )

Properties: It has high strength to weight ratio, high melting point and can be sterilized. It possesses excellent electrical properties, chemical inertness and moisture resistance. It can be easily welded, thermoformed, fabricated. Also it is food grade, rigid and has high impact strength.

Applications: Chemical handling & storage, laboratory equipment, chip & wafer processing equipment, wet process workstations, swimming pool environment, valves & seals handles, prosthetic devices.

(PE500) High Molecular Weight Polyethylene เป็นพลาสติกโพลีเมอร์ที่มีคุณสมบัติสูงที่สุดในบรรดาพลาสติก PE (Polyethylene)

เนื่องจากมีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลที่มากเช่นเดียวกับ PE1000 แต่มีความหนาแน่นน้อยกว่าคืออยู่ที่ 500,000 g/mol คุณสมบัติด้านอื่นๆโดยรวมดี เหมาะสำหรับการใช้งานอย่างหนักและต่อเนื่อง ไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่บ่อยๆ เพราะสึกกร่อนช้า มีลักษณะทางกายภาพเป็นวัตถุทึบแสง ปกติจะมีสีขาวขุ่น จับดูแล้วจะมีลักษณะลื่น คุณสมบัติที่ดีเด่น HMW-PE 500 มีความทนทานต่อการสึกหรอสูงมาก เหมาะกับงานที่ต้องการความทนทานต่อแรงกระแทกและเสียดสี นอกจากนี้แล้วยังคงทนต่อการกัดกร่อนของสารเคมีด้วย
