Sealing Split Seals

Split seals are used to reduce downtime in replacing seals especially during shut down time, without removing heavy couplings or parts. Split seals should be used in applications such as bearing mounted on shafts, gear box couplings, fly wheels of various equipment in various industries.

1.Where applicable, insert the spring in the Springlock and position the spring connection, so that it is displaced with regard to the seal joint. Put the seal in the correct position on the shaft.

2.Lightly coat both the seal and counterface surface with a lubricant, preferably the same that will be used in the application.

1. กระบวนการสกัดน้ำอ้อย (Juice Extraction) :

            ทำการสกัดน้ำอ้อยโดยผ่านอ้อยเข้าไปในชุดลูกหีบ (4-5 ชุด) และกากอ้อยที่ผ่านการสกัดน้ำอ้อยจากลูกหีบชุดสุดท้าย จะถูกนำไปเป็นเชื้อเพลิงเผาไหม้ภายในเตาหม้อไอน้ำ เพื่อผลิตไอน้ำมาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต และน้ำตาลทราย

• การทำความสะอาด หรือทำใสน้ำอ้อย (Juice Purification) :

            น้ำอ้อยที่สกัดได้ทั้งหมดจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการทำใส เนื่องจากน้ำอ้อยมีสิ่งสกปรกต่าง ๆ จึงต้องแยกเอาส่วนเหล่านี้ออกโดยผ่านวิธีทางกล เช่น ผ่านเครื่องกรองต่าง ๆ และวิธีทางเคมี เช่น โดยให้ความร้อน และผสมปูนขาว

• การต้ม (Evaporation) :

            น้ำอ้อยที่ผ่านการทำใสแล้วจะถูกนำเข้าสู่ชุดหม้อต้ม (Multiple Evaporator) เพื่อระเหยเอาน้ำออก(ประมาณ 70 %) โดยน้ำอ้อยข้นที่ออกมาจากหม้อต้มลูกสุดท้าย เรียกว่า น้ำเชื่อม (Syrup)
