The Hallite 506

The Hallite 506 bearing strip is designed to provide an extremely effective, hard wearing, and easy-to-use bearing solution for reciprocating, oscillating, and slow rotary movement applications. หน้าที่ของ Bearing Strip หรือ Wear ring มีไว้เพื่อที่จะเป็นตัวประคอง (Guide) ลูกสูบ และ ก้านสูบ ของกระบอก Hydraulic ให้ตรงศูนย์กลางอยู่ตลอดเวลา แม้ในขณะที่มีแรงที่มีทิศทางจากด้านขางของกระบอกในขณะเดียวกัน Bearing Strip หรือ Wear Ring จะป้องกันการสัมผัสกันโดยตรงของชื้นส่วนที่เป็นโลหะ (Metal to Metal Contact) ซึ่งจะทำให้ผิวภายในกระบอกสูบเกิดเป็นรอยและทำอันตรายต่อระบบซีลเกิดการเสียหายในที่สุด Bearing Strip หรือ Wear Ring ถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญอันดับแรกที่จะคงระยะต่างๆที่เราให้ความสำคัญมาตั้งแต่ต้นให้คงระยะค่าต่างๆไว้ได้ ทำให้ระบบซีลทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง
