GLAND PACKING TM1600FG +INC PURE FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE WITH WIREANALOG

THERMODY  TM1600FG is constructed from pure expanded mineral graphite twisted yarn with multiple Inconel wires reinforced in each yarn. Braided inner core of multiple wires reinforced provides outstanding sealing performance and high-pressure resistance. External jacket braided from pure expanded mineral graphite nonmetallic twisted yarn, treated with inhibitor and a blocking agent, avoids all contacts between the reinforced inner core and the valve stern. No possibility of stem wear.

Applications:

TM1600FG is designed for service and handling in petrochemicals, hydrocarbons, corrosives in refineries, power plants, pulp and paper mills, and other industries in the hostile environments where effective sealing is vital.

Thermody  TM1600FG will adapt itself to all stuffing box irregularities, thus assuring a perfect, revolutionary seal ability even on old valves. It will not harden, become brittle or cold flow in service or on the shelf.

It has nothing to leach or squeeze out.
